My name is Justin. I deeply enjoy and have enjoyed a mix of martial arts, hiking, bouldering, and self-directed cardio and workouts for many years. For me, I love both the physical and exercise components and the community-building social components of these activities. Without the ability to connect with my friends, I would definitely not have the motivation to pursue these activities. This happened to me with COVID, where two sports I had recently joined, basketball and baseball, were thoroughly changed by restrictions. Because of these changes, I was led away from both of these sports I enjoyed and had started a few seasons prior. From this point on, I knew that I needed to do my part for the community, to inspire youth to not make the same mistake as me. For my in-depth project with Jonah, I decided to reach out, find these opportunities, and help share them with the future generations.
